One-Wok Christmas Roast

Yesterday was Christmas, which makes today Boxing Day and on this particular Boxing Day I have a photograph. It is a photograph of a Christmas Dinner cooking in an electric wok. 'Who really needs an oven?', says I. Grace and I were quite surprised that our little experiment turned out but it did turn out, and wonderfully at that. Roast chicken and roast carrots and shallots, stuffing a little too soggy, and potatoes.
